Good to Know
- $100 non-refundable deposit to book any appointment
- Your date is not guaranteed until we confirm availability
- Electricity, water, and working AC are required
- Move In/Move Out homes must be empty; packing is extra

Oven and refrigerator interiors, inside cabinets (recurring and deep), trash hauling, organizing (hourly), carpet cleaning, baseboards and blinds, windows, tile and grout, trash cans, and sanitizing and disinfecting.
Services We Don’t Offer
Inside fireplaces, homes without AC, areas beyond a 10 ft duster or 2 step ladder, washing or putting away dishes, full wall washing, moving furniture, biohazards (mold, animal or human waste, litter boxes), light bulbs, and chandeliers.

Sanitizing & Disinfecting
Some spaces need more than a clean. Using our professional machine equipment, including GBAC-certified disinfecting fog, we sanitize homes, offices, and rentals down to the surfaces people touch most.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients, and most realtors, give us access instructions and we take it from there. We’ll confirm access with you directly before the cleaning.
What’s included in each cleaning?

How much will it cost?
Cleanings start at $175. Pricing depends on the size, condition, and type of cleaning, and you can get an instant price range with our online calculator. Quotes are estimates, not locked-in prices: final pricing is confirmed with a walkthrough if the size or condition differs from what was shared.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring professional supplies and equipment to every job.
What about my pets?
We’re pet friendly. Just let us know about your pets when you book so we can plan around them.
Do you require a contract?
No contracts. Book one cleaning or set up recurring service, whatever works for you.
Can you remove items from a foreclosure or move-out?
Yes. We offer trash-outs and cleanouts, and usable items can be donated to neighbors in need through Postured In Kindness.
