Absolutely Not. In fact, most of clients prefer not to be home during the cleaning.

If you’re not happy with an area we cleaned, we’ll return the next day if possible.

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. For sanitation reasons we’d prefer when cleaning occupied residential properties, that we use clients mop, broom and vacuum. Customers provides all specialty items. Items that we normally don’t use.

 If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that we clean. Depending on the type of animal and its nature, we will alternate them between rooms or their kennel. For sanitary and safety reasons, we are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement.

When determining your home or office cleaning cost we recognize that every home is as unique as the homeowner. We base your exact price on many factors including pets, floor type, clutter and number of rooms being cleaned.

Payment is due the day of each scheduled clean. Most of our customers leave a check or cash in the area discussed prior to cleaning.

Our business is based off of trust. We have keys and alarm codes to most of our clients. We will keep your key in a safe place and we will properly lock and secure your home or you can give us special instructions on how to access your home.

Remove as much clutter a possible. This allows us easy access so we can clean and sanitize your space.

Tipping is not required. However, if you feel you cleaner did a good job and want to. Go for it.
