  Our standard rates apply to homes in “normal” lived-in condition. Adverse conditions—including but not limited to heavy buildup, excessive pet waste/hair, mold, hoarding, or post-construction debris—require additional time and specialized supplies. If a property is found to be in an adverse state, we will contact you immediately to discuss a “Heavy Duty” rate adjustment before we begin.
